Management

CDL real estate | investments was formed by Coen de Lange in 2015.

He is expert in sourcing, creating, developing and structuring investments opportunities with a focus for industrial and logistics real estate. As a leading advisor of tech-industry he fully underwrites and understands the excessive (future) value of the synergy between fulfillment and disruption.

Prior to CDL, Coen de Lange have been a Managing Director at Savills between 1998 and 2015. Coen started his career working for Van der Moolen as market maker at the European Option Exchange and the German Option Exchange.
